1- Get to work early
Bosses don’t care if you stay late for work and are the last to leave the office.
What they really value is that you arrive at your position early and be the first to organize the day and review the tasks you have to do.
Getting to work early is synonymous with the fact that your job motivates you, that every morning you wake up wanting to get there, and that what you do in that company really matters to you.
And that’s something a boss realizes right away; If when he or she arrives at his position, you are already there ready to face the morning (or the afternoon if you have this schedule), you will undoubtedly earn many points with your superior.
